With the continuous increase in the number and diversity of human rights, there has been talk of a “human rights inflation” today.
This situation causes the question mentioned above, which rights are fundamental or human rights, to be asked more frequently. This makes the criterion of human rights a more pressing issue. But aside from the theoretical debates, we are constantly encountering some newly expressed rights or some new rights called “human rights”. The most frequently used way to explain the development and diversification regarding rights is the idea of ”three generations”.
