What Is Certainty, What Does It Mean?

What Is Certainty, What Does It Mean?

Discontinuity, intermittent… It is the equivalent of the term continuous or discontinuity. Material objects are dependent on each other in their contradictory character. Discreteness expresses the separate states of objects and their gradual development with quantitative accumulations. Continuity, on the other hand, expresses whole systems consisting of separate objects and their qualitative developments. These two contradictory qualities of objects are closely interdependent, and one cannot exist without the other, one constantly transforms into the other. For example, matter is discrete in its individual occurrences, but uninterrupted in its eternal developmental life.

Each new form has its own uniqueness, separate from other forms; however, its development goes on indefinitely. It is a discontinuity in continuity. Metaphysical and metaphysical mechanistic materialism distinguishes and contrasts these two concepts, and therefore arrives at wrong conclusions. For example, physicists who see light as a wave consider it continuous and continuous, while physicists who see it as a particle, it is discontinuous and discrete. However, light is both a wave and a particle. The discontinuity and continuity is a manifestation of the universal dependence in material objects revealed by dialectical materialism and confirmed by contemporary physics.
