While this important equation explains how, for example, the sun and all the stars emit light and heat for billions of years without consuming in the field of physics, this important equation has definitively put an end to the idealistic and spiritualist fabrications that have been distracting and deceiving people for thousands of years in the intellectual field. Einstein reached this conclusion by getting rid of one-sidedness and working with the dialectical method, starting from the principle of relativity. He thought: motion is a form of energy. The mass of a moving body increases with its motion. So there is a relationship between motion and mass. That is, an increase in mass, or in other words, an additional mass gain, occurs with an increase in energy, or in other words, an additional energy gain. So it is quite clear that energy=mass=matter. This unique proof also made the concept of infinity understandable: When the speed of a moving body reaches the speed of light, matter = infinite.

Now, many values, such as the universe of waves, the universe of particles, radiation, lights, heat, sounds, and motions, which have puzzled the human mind for so many years by appearing as opposed to each other, are united on the basis of matter. On the night of June 16, 1945, man has succeeded in transforming all these values ​​into each other, he has experimentally proved and understood that one is nothing but the other.

As early as the 1840s, J. R. Mayer, J. P. Joule, W. R. Grove, L. A. Colding, and H. Helmholtz discovered and proved the law that energy does not disappear but is transformed. As a result, nature transforms itself as the continuous process of transforming matter from one form to another. Motion is the way matter exists. On the other hand, energy is the dynamical transformation property of matter. Mechanical energy, thermal energy, electromagnetic energy, gravitational energy, etc. The various forms of energy, such as energy, are determined by the forms of motion of matter. The forms of motion of matter are as infinitely diverse as matter itself. Science observes and reveals a new form of motion of matter every day. The energy created by these dynamical transformations of matter was perceived by people even in the early ages and the energy of water, fire and wind was utilized.
