Leibnizism is the philosophy of Leibniz and his followers. Leibniz’s main student was Christian Wolff (1679-1754). Wolff wanted to spread Leibnizism, but he did not avoid simplifying and corrupting this philosophy. Another student of Leibniz was Gottlieb Hansch (1683-1752). This thinker was more committed to the spirit of the Leibniz doctrine and opposed Wolff’s interpretation. Leibniz’s influence, especially in the field of science and XVIII.
